Working Student - Academy Team - SYSTEMIQ

Beschreibung : Working Student - Academy Team. Unternehmen : SYSTEMIQ. Lage : 81671 München

It matters what the most committed people choose to do with their lives.

Systemiq is building a place where mission-driven individuals and teams can collaborate and co-create better systems for our future. This is our calling. We focus on the real-world outcomes that matter, not office hours or status.

What does Systemiq do?

Systemiq orchestrates system change in clean energy, circular material solutions and sustainable land use. This means re-imagining our industries, re-configuring the world of energy, and regenerating the ecosystems around us. By addressing systemic failures in these areas, Systemiq aims to unlock economic opportunities that benefit business, society, and the environment.

Since our start in 2016, we have grown to more than 350 people working across locations in Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, the Netherlands, and the UK.

What is the Systemiq Change Academy?

“Building system change leaders” is one of Systemiq’s strategic anchors, with which we differentiate ourselves in the market. We believe that, ultimately, system change comes from people changing their mindset and behaviour, so Systemiq needs to build the capability to initiate and accelerate that process with distinctive knowledge, openness, and resilience. At the same time, we want to ensure a safe, supportive and challenging work environment to attract and nurture diverse system change leaders.

Over the past 3 years, we have been building the Systemiq Change Academy – a platform to develop the mindset, knowledge, and skills, for system change leadership through applied learning for our staff. We have created a portfolio of trainings and learning opportunities ranging from introductions to our subject matter to extensive project manager trainings – delivered as self-studies, e-learnings, webinars, in-person workshops, or in a blended format. Some of these trainings are provided by the Academy team and colleagues from the business, others are sourced from external providers. The Academy has become a fundamental pillar shaping the work of Systemiq and our people.
